water 1 lt
flour 1 kg
½ orange
1 lemon zest
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
½ cup of white wine
½ cup of oil
oil for fying
1 spring of rosemary honey.
The name comes from the particolar cake preparation.
How to prepare:
Boil water with orange, lemon, wine, oil, sugar, salt, rosemary for a few minutes. Drain the herbs and fruits from the water and pour the flour into it all at once. Cook until the dough comes off the insides of the pan. Place the dough on the work surface and beat it with a rolling pin. Let cool, cut into flave and fry with plenty of oil. When ready, sprinkle with honey and sugar.
